Open Question: Cheap oral surgeon in Raleigh, nc?

I live in Angier, NC not far from Raleigh. I am in alot of pain with a front lower right molar tooth and I need it extracted. I am learning that dental care is very expensive here and I do not have insurance or alot of money. Does anyone know of a school that does oral surgery or a surgeon that does not charge for consult, xrays and extraction that is upwards of $500? I am looking for somewhere around 1-$200 I have xrays from another dentist too so hopefully I can find someone that will use those instead. I need someone quickly and Cheaply!
